Amanda recently graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, earning her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering.

As a Technical Analyst, Amanda works with seasoned patent attorneys to draft and prosecute patent applications for various technologies, including cellular devices, low-latency communications, and biomedical sensors.

While completing her senior year at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Amanda served as the Project Manager of her senior design project. She worked closely on a mechanical device that accurately depicts the curvature a spinal rod needs to be bent to align correctly with a patient’s spinal fusion process. Amanda and her team designed, manufactured, and tested a prototype for later use in minimally invasive spinal surgeries.
