Justin has drafted and prosecuted a considerable number of patent applications following industry best practices for individual inventors and multination corporations. His experience as an engineer and as a patent attorney has encompassed extensive cutting-edge technologies, as listed.

Prior to joining Colby Nipper, Justin advocated for clients at all levels of the federal judiciary and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has experience in a variety of intellectual property topics, including patents, trade secrets, and copyrights. He has also counseled clients on open source software and privacy issues.
